The Session
Regular session fee includes up to 5 people and includes the time and talent of the photographer only. Print prices are not included.
It is recommended that maternity sessions are scheduled sometime during the 8 month of pregnancy.

Newborn sessions must be scheduled before the baby is 9 days old to get that sleepy, "curled" look in your images. Clients should be aware that if photographs are taken after the baby is 9 days old, that the images will not likely look like those in our newborn gallery. Please contact Tammi to inform her of your due date so she can plan accordingly and then add her to your list of people to call when the baby is born!
My Style
My style is completely laid back and relaxed. “Stressed”, “time-crunch”, and “say cheese” are not in my vocabulary. I strongly believe that photo sessions should be fun and spontaneous in order to truly capture my subjects and this style is reflected in my portraits. Formal clothing is not my cup ‘o tea and that’s ok – if you’re looking for something a little more “prim and proper”, I’m not the photographer for you, but I would be more than happy to help you find someone to fit that style.
Be prepared to kick off your shoes, skip down the street, go out for ice cream. Don’t worry about that spot of dirt on her dress or his untied shoe laces. Babies cry, boys get dirty, kids get sassy, zits happen. Let’s roll with it and leave the details up to me.
I shoot entirely on-location in available light. This offers incredible flexibility in the style and “feel” of your portraits. You choose the place, or I can suggest possible locations to you. Downtown is a popular location for seniors. Families seem to prefer a local park. I’ve also photographed at farms, zoos, family homes, botanical gardens, museums, in the woods, in an abandoned warehouse, ice cream parlors, plantations, stables, donut shops, in the rain, and much more – the possibilities are endless, so be creative and let's try something fun!
Please be prepared to book your session at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Session dates are limited on a monthly basis to ensure the highest quality of attention given to post-processing and excellence in customer service. When booking your session, keep in mind that the best light of the day is early morning or evening to catch that “golden hour” when the sun casts a beautiful golden light.
Proofing
Approximately 3 weeks after your session, your proofs will be ready for viewing. You will receive a proof album of the images from your session to look through and help you in assembling your order. Additionally, you’ll be given a password to a private on-line gallery to show to friends and family far and wide.
